The melamine board with a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) core is mainly composed of three layers. The middle core layer is medium-density fiberboard (MDF), which is made from wood fibers or other plant fibers as raw materials and processed through a series of processes such as fiber separation, gluing, drying, mat forming, and hot pressing. The fibers of the medium-density fiberboard are evenly distributed and the texture is fine, which lays a solid foundation for the overall stability and strength of the board. The surface is melamine impregnated paper. This layer of impregnated paper is treated with a special process, in which a solution containing melamine resin is fully penetrated into the paper, and then it is closely adhered to the surface of the medium-density fiberboard to form a smooth, wear-resistant and decorative surface layer.
