Thermal Performance: Experience superb thermal endurance with a conductor temperature limit up to 90°C, peaking at 120°C over 20,000 hours.For short-circuit events, withstands up to 250°C for a maximum of 5 seconds. Handles service temperatures as low as -40°C in fixed and protected setups.
Fire Performance: Ensures safety with flame and fire non-propagation (EN 60332-1+-2 / IEC 60332-1-2, EN 50399) and CPR fire reaction (Ca-s1b, d2, al per EN 50575). Features low smoke halogen-free materials (EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1) with minimal corrosive gas emissions (EN 60754-2 / IEC 60754-2) and superior smoke emission standards (EN 61034 / IEC 61034) with over 60% light transmittance.
Mechanical Performance: Boasts impressive flexibility with a minimum bending radius of 4x cable diameter (≤8 mm), 5x cable diameter for greater sizes. < cable diameter ≤ 12 mm), 6x cable diameter (cable diameter > 12 mm). Impact Resistance: Built to withstand AG2 medium severity impacts.
Environmental Performance: Offers outstanding chemical and oil resistance, and stands resilient against grease & mineral oils. Ozone-resistant (EN 50618) and UV resistant (EN 50618, IEC 62930).
Water Resistance: Equipped for AD7+ immersion and AD8 submersion. Installation Conditions: Versatile for open-air, buried, or conduit installations.
Construction: Features a conductor of electrolytic annealed tinned copper, class 5 (flexible, IEC 60228, EN 60228). Insulation crafted from halogen-free cross-linked rubber (EN 50618, IEC 62930, Annex B). Outer sheath of halogen-free, cross-linked flexible rubber, available in red or black.
